● Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging. 
● They are subject to stock availability (size or design). 
● Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange. 
● Courier charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the product sent was incorrect or faulty. 
● Refunds are not generally offered, but if a product is defective or incorrect, we will make it right.
