What is Nor?

Nor is a women’s footwear brand — by women, for women. Each pair is handcrafted with love,
blending elegance, comfort, and transformation to accompany you on your journey.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your design and size, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to
checkout to confirm your order.

What payment options are available?

We currently offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
    (PayFast online payments coming soon!)

What are your delivery charges?

We charge a flat PKR 350 for nationwide delivery.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery takes 7–10 working days across Pakistan.

What if the size or design doesn’t suit me?

No worries — we accept exchanges for both size and design within 7 days of receiving your
order (unused condition only).

Do you accept returns?

We do not offer refunds at this stage. Exchanges are available for size or design only.

Are Nor shoes handmade?

Yes. Every pair is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Pakistan, making each design unique and special.
